Corrective Exercise Coaching
Greg’s approach to exercise is unique. His coaching focuses primarily on strength development and orthopedic rehabilitation. With an initial two-hour physical assessment, Greg addresses posture, core function, movement quality, flexibility, and includes a wide variety of orthopedic measurements. After this assessment, Greg writes a personalized program to restore postural balance, increase stability and core function, and improve movement quality. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get out of pain, or simply improve your strength, Greg’s system of assessment and program design will put you on the path towards achieving your goals.
One on One and Group Holistic Health Coaching
Each challenge we acquire holds the seed for something beautiful to be born out of it. This may come in the form of greater awareness, improved health, more connection in relationships, or a deeper commitment to our spiritual path. This was made clear for Greg on his own healing journey. Through is coaching and mentoring with Paul Chek, Greg was taught six foundation principles: Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Breathing, Thinking, and Movement. Greg uses these principles to coach each client and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Using modalities such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, meditation, tai chi, exercise, and many more healing practices, Greg provides each client with the necessary tools to restore this balance.
Bodywork and Shamanic Energy Healing
Greg is a licensed massage therapist and certified shamanic energy healer. While massage therapy sessions focus on the physical body, energy healing sessions focus on working with the luminous energy field of an individual. Our energy field contains the imprints of our thoughts, emotions, past experiences, traumas, and potential outcomes for our future. It is our energy field that informs the physical body, resulting in either health or dis-ease. Practices such as illuminations, extractions, soul retrieval, and much more will be included in these sessions.
